Animal Crossing Self-Portrait

This was a project I did a short while back in order to try and match the style of the game Animal Crossing: New Horizons as closely as possible. The character was inspired by a prompt asking for friends of mine to pick attributes that describe me in order to create a character from. Overall I enjoyed this project a lot!

Walk cycle using rig and animation from Mixamo with cleanup done to ensure the character worked well with the motion capture animation

The animation on the blink was created by using a switch shader, which was keyed in two positions to control which material was being shown on the model.
